Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services reviewed on casinova-aussie.com and your use of the Casinova brand as presented on this review site. User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You confirm that all information provided during registration or subsequently is true, complete and not misleading. You must promptly update any changes to your details. The Operator and the Review Operator may rely on your representations without independently verifying them.
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for both casinova-aussie.com (if applicable) and the Casinova gambling platform. You must:
    • (a) choose a strong and unique password;
    • (b) not share your credentials with any third party;
    • (c) notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Types of Wagers

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • User-initiated changes: After a Bet has been confirmed by the Operator, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Any pre-Bet adjustments must be completed before you press the confirmation button.
  • Operator-initiated voids: The Operator may cancel or void a Bet in whole or in part if:
    • (a) the Bet was accepted while a game or system malfunction occurred;

  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:

    The Operator may void Bets, confiscate funds and close Accounts in response to suspected fraud or collusion.
  • Compliance with laws: You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Bonus Terms

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Bonus activation: Bonuses offered by the Operator under the Casinova brand may require:

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator and/or Review Operator to you in relation to any Bet, game round or related transaction will not exceed:
    • (a) the amount of the relevant Bet or stake; or
    • (b) where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lower of (i) your net deposits during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) AUD 1,000.
  • Indirect loss: Neither the Operator nor the Review Operator is liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software
